We had a wonderful weekend at Mayfield studio! It's beautifully decorated, modern, comfortable and has everything you could need. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and a great start to our days. We enjoyed both exploring the area, as well as relaxing in the studio - there wasn't enough time to do everything that we wanted! Sara was a brilliant host, warm, hospitable and friendly, and we wish we could've stayed longer than two nights. Thank you Sara!

Wonderful bolt-hole in the Costwolds. Painswick is a delightful village, with lovely cafes, a beautiful church, and fabulous views in all directions. Mayfied Studio is a funky, comfortable self-contained space next to Sara's beautiful home. She has created a soothing and relaxing space, and filled it with generous touches aplenty. We particularly liked the ability to cook our own breakfast when we wanted, with goodies supplied by Sara. A really special place and one that we hope very much to return to.

Everything about the property and the stay was incredible 10/10 on all fronts. From the warm welcome and local knowledge provided, to the fresh food and amazing property, our time at the Mayfield Studio was perfect. Simply the best!

We had a wonderful stay with Sara who really is a super host. She went above and beyond for us which is exactly what you need when travelling with a baby - even offering to babysit one night so we could go out for dinner. Painswick is beautiful and we had a great time exploring the local area. The studio itself is perfect - stylish, comfortable and with views over the valley from the mezzanine. And our dog was a huge fan of the underfloor heating. Thank you so much Sara.

We were welcomed by Sara on arrival and made to feel at home.
The studio is beautifully furnished and decorated and made an excellent base to
tour around this lovely part of the country.
Off road parking was good and walked into village to eat in the evening.
